Take Command is excited to announce our new broker partner program to empower brokers with the educational resources and support they need to offer an ICHRA with confidence. Here's a little bit about it from our press release.
Take Command, a Dallas-based tech startup offering the first-to-market Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) solution, today announced their new dedicated broker partnership initiative. The Take Command broker partner program, open to all licensed health insurance agents, provides educational tools and resources for brokers to add the individual reimbursement model of health insurance to their portfolio of employee benefit offerings.
Available since January 2020, ICHRA provides business owners a new way of doing health insurance, based on reimbursing employees for health insurance rather than buying it for them.
Our end-to-end program empowers brokers to offer new Individual Coverage HRA
In the midst of the pandemic, economic turmoil, and rising premiums, many business owners are looking at their benefits programs with questions, and they’re turning to their trusted advisors for the answers. With ICHRA enrollments on the rise, brokers play a key role in the widespread adoption of this new benefits model. This will be especially valuable for larger companies, which are more likely to engage their brokers in benefits decisions.
“Offering an ICHRA to clients can be complicated,” shares Take Command’s Director of Growth, Kyle Estep. “That’s why we’ve created an onboarding and partnership program with our proven platform so brokers can advise on end-to-end ICHRA solutions with confidence.”
The program is designed to prep brokers on the ins and outs of offering the new HRA and working with a partner like Take Command.
“Once you’re a part of our program, you’ll have access to our team, our time, and our resources,” adds Estep. “We will draft client proposals, handle the details and the heavy lifting, and customize an HRA for your client’s needs.”
New this year, Take Command has an HRA design team as well as a dedicated enrollment team to support clients brought on by their broker, making the process easier for everyone from the broker to the business owner to the employees.
Take Command is on a mission to accelerate the adoption of the reimbursement model of health insurance to help create a consumer-centric healthcare system based on awareness, advocacy, and transparency. Launched in 2014 in Dallas, Take Command is a recognized leader in QSEHRA administration, launched the first-to-market new Individual Coverage HRA platform, and is the only HRA administrator to also offer individual enrollment support.
